The main management team from all departments participates in strategic planning and marketing to identify customer needs, develop loyalty programs for customers, and reduce operating costs and expenses, to enhance the company’s profits.
2 . Promotion Team:-
Consisting of 50 medical representatives, covering all areas of Yemen under the strict supervision of marketing managers, scientific directors and supervisors.
3 . Scientific Team:-
It consists of a medical team working to support the marketing team with modern scientific information that works to gain the desired marketing depending on the scientific specialists.
4 . Sales Team:-
Currently consists of 53 sales men and distributors with cars to transport them.
5 . Human resources:-
We have a strong interview system and careful selection of staff according to job description requirements, skills, continuous training, and evaluation. We agree with team members on a long-term career plan to ensure progress and minimize staff turnover.
